​How does the Kemtrak DCP007 work?

The  Kemtrak DCP007 series process photometer  can be validated using standard non‐intrusive traceable reference standards that will verify photometric accuracy and linearity, both of which are critical to measurement result quality.

The validation accessory allows a standard 12.5 mm square form factor style cuvette to be inserted in the optical circuit.

As process photometers can be verified without the need to interfere with the process line, confidence as a result from regular trouble free validation is assured while saving valuable time and resources.

Turbidity Calibration Kit

​The Kemtrak traceable validation and calibration accessory provides measurement confidence assurance from regular trouble free verification saving valuable time and resources.

The non-intrusive cuvette size filter holder allows a traceable Calibration kit to facilitate the validation calibration of our turbidity analyzers.

The calibration kit could be used on 3-port Kemtrak measurement cells with 20mm optical pathlength. Other features include:

• Quick and reproducible method for calibration and validation of turbidity measurements
• Using formazin solution in sealed vial with no liquid in contact with the measurement cell. Formazin is the standard that is refereed to in the to measure turbidity
• Different holders available for tri-clamp and flange measurment cells
• Delivered in a box including three standards (20, 100 and 800 NTU) with instructions and certificates.
