What is a Texture Analyser?

A Texture Analyser is a texture measurement system that moves in either an up or down direction to compress or stretch a sample.

The Brookfield CT3 Texture Analyzer is a powerful universal testing machine that offers both compression and tensile testing at a much lower cost than its alternatives.

How does the CT3 work?

The CT3 can calculate compression and tensile data, physical properties that are proven to be highly correlated to human sensory evaluation of food and other consumer products.
