DISPERMAT APS Closed Vertical Bead Mills

DISPERMAT APS milling systems are modular systems that enable a DISPERMAT dissolver to be converted into a vertical batch bead mill.

Benefits of this system include:

• Fast dispersion results in a short period of time
• Milling bead size from 0.5mm 
• Vacuum mill option
• Ceramic lining option
• Nano option for small beads from 0.1mm

How does the APS work?

The cooled milling container is fitted to a DISPERMAT dissolver and filled with the product to be bead milled.

The milling beads are added directly into the bead mill

The cover closes the vertical mill to minimise loss from evaporation and prevents beads escaping.

The millbase is separated from the milling beads using a screen.   Air pressure can be used to help product flow.
