The ability to be able to measure the concentration of both Chlorine (Cl2) and chlorine dioxide (ClO2) in a process is important for safety and performance The Kemtrak chlorine dioxide analyser is able to measure from ppm to concentrated levels. Chlorine dioxide is an aggressive chemical substance so all wetted parts of the Kemtrak measurement cells are manufactured from corrosion resistant materials, such as PTFE, titanium, hastelloy, monel and sapphire. Kemtrak optical in-line process instruments can be used to replace the slow, time consuming and labour wet chemistry offline methods commonly used for this application. Applications:

DCP007 Product Brochure The Kemtrak DCP007 LED process photometer is a maintenance free industrial photometric analyzer that can accurately monitor the concentration of Chlorine (Cl2) and chlorine dioxide (ClO2) Since optic fibers are used to transfer light to the measurement point and back, the measurement cell contains no electronics, moving parts or sources of heat.
