Closed Laboratory Vertical Mills

DISPERMAT APS milling systems are modular systems that enable a DISPERMAT dissolver to be converted into a vertical batch bead mill.

DISPERMAT APS Closed Vertical Mills 

The cooled milling container is fitted to a DISPERMAT DISSOLVER and filled with the product to be bead milled.

The milling beads are added directly into the bead mill

The cover closes the vertical mill to minimise loss from evaporation and prevents beads escaping.

The millbase is separated from the milling beads using a screen.   Air pressure can be used to help product flow.
