SC4 Production Dissolvers

The SC4 production dissolver range is a multipurpose production dissolver for product quantities from 30 - 600 L. As an option the dissolver can be supplied in a vacuum or explosion proof design according to ATEX.
The production dissolver SC is designed for any container sizes up to 750 L. The containers are fixed with a tension belt for safety. A central container clamping system is available upon request. The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SC4 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during dispersion. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover. The DISPERMAT® SC4 has an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electrical height adjustment. The compact machine can be anchored directly to an industrial floor. The appropriate stand foot is available as an option. A convenient groove system on the outside of the column. Thanks to it, various accessory systems can be easily and securely attached to the DISPERMAT® SC4. |

SC5 Production Dissolvers

The SC5 production dissolver range is a multipurpose production dissolver for product quantities from 80 - 1000 L. As an option the dissolver can be supplied in a vacuum or explosion proof design according to ATEX.
The production dissolver SC is designed for any container sizes up to 1250 L. The containers are fixed with a tension belt for safety. A central container clamping system is available upon request. The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SC5 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during dispersion. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover. The elegant stand of the DISPERMAT® SC5 series has an integrated, electrical height adjustment. This new intelligent and particularly robust design was developed with a focus on purely functional and economic aspects, and features the innovative nature of the DISPERMAT® technology. SC6 Production Dissolvers

The DISPERMAT® SC6 disperser is a multipurpose production dissolver for product quantities from 400 to 2000 liters. The dissolver is available for container sizes of up to 2500 liters.
An integrated safety limit switch within the clamping device (according to the locking pressure) allows for operation of the dissolver, the dissolver can only be operated when the container is firmly clamped. The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SC6 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during dispersion. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover. The T6 stand of the DISPERMAT® SC6 is a tried and tested hydraulic stand for product quantities of up to 2,000 liters. The height is adjusted hydraulically via a system on the stand base. |

The DISPERMAT® and TORUSMILL® dissolvers, bead mills and basket mills can also be fitted with the PLC-control. The graphic display allows for an indication of the operational parameters such as speed, power output, peripheral speed of the milling tool, torque and product temperature. The combination of a graphic display and the standardized PLC-control allows for an extension as well as for an adaptation of the control system to further process control applications at any time.

The Dispersion Process
The container with the liquid component is moved into position under the dissolver and the dissolver disc is lowered down into the liquid.

The powder component is added into the liquid phase with a low speed, wetted and premixed

The premixed product is dispersed with the dissolver disc. If the process is carried out correctly, the product will be put in a rolling, turbulence free movement.

The dissolver's most important application is the dispersion of fine solids into liquids. In this dispersion procedure three separate processes run in parallel.
- The wetting of the surface with the liquid medium.
- The mechanical de-agglomeration of the associated solid particles into discreet primary particles.
- The stabilisation of the smaller particles generated by dispersion against renewed agglomeration.
