DISPERMAT vacuum dissolvers

Dispersion and mixing under vacuum is being used more as advances in coatings and fillers require the air to be evacuated.   

Entrained air and bubbles in a product can have a dramatic effect on its application and performance. 

The DISPERMAT vacuum range of mixers and dispersers offer a wide range of solutions and includes vacuum as an accessory for standard dissolvers and mixers as well as dedicated vacuum machines.

The CDS dispersion system enables the dispersion process to be carried out in single walled containers, in a closed cooled or heated system under vacuum.

Benefits include:

- Compatible with standard DISPERMAT dissolvers

Vacuum dispersion and mixing DISPERMAT VL
​
The  VL is a vacuum dissolver for laboratory and pilot plant operation. It is ideal for R&D work as well as for production of larger batches.

The stand has an electric height adjustment; the vacuum container is securely mounted on the base plate by a quick release fixture.

The height of the milling tool can be adjusted during the dispersion process. The DISPERMAT® VL is also available in an explosion‒proof version according to ATEX.

Vacuum dispersion and mixing DISPERMAT CHS

Use your own thin walled containers under vacuum. With the adaptable vacuum system CHS products can be manufactured under vacuum directly in disposable containers.

The dispersed product does not need to be decanted and the dispersion system CHS is again immediately ready for operation.
