The batch basket mill has been widely adopted across the paint and coatings industry in both development and production.  Dispersion and fine grinding with a vertical mill is a proven and efficient way of reducing particle size when standard dispersion needs to be taken to the next level.   

A basketmill is a user friendly and highly efficient milling system.  Compared to a horizontal bead mill it has fewer parts and is easier to clean. The ability to add a basket mill to an existing DISPERMAT dissolver means that the user can have wo machines in one.

DISPERMAT basket mills are modular milling systems that enable a DISPERMAT high speed dissolver to be converted into a highly efficient basket mill.
